Daniel Fast Menu
This menu is a basic guide.  It is to help give you additional ideas that we didn’t think of; it’s not the end-all-be-all.  Many of these items have helped us over the years.  Label reading will be important; the more ingredients on a label the higher chance you need to avoid it.  Ingredients to avoid are sugar, dairy, high fructose corn syrup, any syrup, white flour, vegetable oil, corn starch.  If you have questions reach out to us.  Get creative with your meal making.  It will be pricier to eat healthy.
